Welcome to Reclaim Your Mind (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Reclaim Your Mind mobile application (“the App”).

By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. The App provides emotional-awareness guidance but is not a substitute for professional therapy, counselling, or emergency services.

2. Accounts

To use core features, you must create an account.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Keep your login credentials confidential
  • Be responsible for all activity under your account

If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately.

3. Purpose of the App

Reclaim Your Mind provides educational content related to:

  • Emotional abuse awareness
  • Internal healing
  • Journaling
  • Reflective growth
  • Safety planning resources

The App does not provide medical, psychological, or legal advice.

If you are in immediate danger, please contact your local emergency or crisis support services.

4. User Content

You may enter personal reflections or journal entries.

You agree that:

  • You retain full ownership of your content
  • Your journals are private to you and not publicly visible
  • You may delete your entries at any time
  • You may download/export your reflections

We do not claim rights over your personal emotional content.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for illegal or harmful activities
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the App
  • Upload harmful or malicious content

6. Intellectual Property

  • All app content, design, structure, and materials (excluding your personal written content) belong to Reclaim Your Mind. You may not reproduce or distribute them without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free performance.

Reclaim Your Mind is not liable for:

  • Emotional decisions made based on app content
  • Loss of data due to device issues
  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Actions taken in harmful or abusive situations

The App provides awareness and educational guidance,not professional services.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • You misuse the App
  • Required by law

You may delete your account anytime through the Settings section.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the US, and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
